Rob is a pro at his job. He handles troublesome buyers and sellers (including us!!! lol) really well. He cares about everyone. He puts in more work than I have seen any realtor. I don't know how many times he said to me, "I'll handle it", and having been going through sleepless nights with a newborn, he just saved my sanity. I know Rob would communicate if he needed anything. And if he said he'd do something, I knew he would. We aren't your typical sellers. And our life is constant chaos. We wouldn't have been successful without Rob. He also has fantastic contacts with a handyman who is also great, so overall the tag team really made the sell and inspections run smoothly. Honestly, if I was buying a house and Rob wasn't my realtor... I'd want him to be the realtor of the seller! He really cares about everyone and understands everyone's side. He's going to look out for his clients but you also know he's just a great guy all around.
